Small Group Lessons

Small group sessions are limited to 4–6 participants, allowing for focused instruction while maintaining the same depth and quality of learning as a private lesson. The small cohort size creates space for individual guidance, hands-on support, and meaningful discussion, without the intensity or cost of one-to-one tuition.

Running between 1–3 hours, these sessions are structured to balance demonstration, practical work, and open exchange. Participants benefit not only from direct instruction, but also from observing others’ approaches, questions, and problem-solving processes. This shared learning environment encourages conversation, peer feedback, and the development of confidence through collective practice.

These sessions are best suited to those working at a similar stage of experience, whether you are new to a process or returning to it with fresh intent. The format supports experimentation, critical dialogue, and skill-building at a considered pace, making it an accessible and collaborative way to deepen your photographic or darkroom practice.
